Las Vegas Urology is looking for Physician Assistants and/or Nurse Practitioners to work on a team with our physicians and assist in the hospitals. Summary of Duties: Responsibilities include acute hospital rounds and assisting in surgery. Rotations will be during the day, up to 3 hospitals. Schedule:Monday - Friday8:00am-5:00pmPAID Weekends available but not required No nightsMinimum Requirements:Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner-Certified (NP-C) / APRN3 5 years' experience in the medical/healthcare industry.Skills/Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of medical office operations.Monitoring skills to assess performance of self and subordinates and operations.Critical thinking.Ability to interface with people using tact and diplomacy.Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work under pressure.Outstanding professional demeanorMust be well organized and detail oriented.
