Key requirements and technology experience

• ATTORNEY
• FINANCE
• MS Office, SHAREPOINT
• Must have 3-7 years of experience.
• Understanding of the mortgage industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate
• Origination
• Asset management
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) and SharePoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with relational database management systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
• SQL
• DOORS
• Quality Center
• ClearCase/ClearQuest
