Position Overview As a Technical Sales Specialist , you’ll help customers find the perfect bike, gear, or accessory while delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Help Customers Ride Happy: Provide expert advice and solutions for customers seeking new bikes, cycling accessories, and apparel. Master Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in mountain bikes, road bikes, electric bikes, and cycling gear.
