Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our founding team. You will be responsible for contributing to core parts of our product and infrastructure. What you’ll do Work closely with the founding team. Build new product prototypes and iterate on existing products. Work across architecture, infrastructure, backend services, and frontend. Contribute to the formation and execution of Dystr’s roadmap. Root cause and fix field failures. Interview, mentor and ramp up new engineers as the team grows. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software development. Comfortable working across a variety of backend and frontend languages and frameworks. Deep understanding of networking and computer architecture fundamentals. Experience with a physical engineering discipline a plus (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc). You Approach to problem‑solving grounded in fundamental principles and logical reasoning. Comfortable deploying and supporting production‑facing services. Write clean, organized and straightforward code. Maintain a healthy balance between speed of development and technical debt. Believe in the value of clear, professional communication.
