Senior Manufacturing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our plastics injection molding facility. This individual will play a key leadership role in driving production performance, ensuring product quality, developing manufacturing teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastic injection molding, preferably with small precision components, and a proven ability to lead supervisors and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Manage daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved. Lead and support production supervisors and manufacturing personnel across multiple shifts. Monitor production schedules and coordinate resources to meet customer demand and delivery commitments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and manufacturing issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support operational goals. Track and analyze manufacturing KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed. Participate in workforce planning, hiring, employee development, and performance management. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
On-site / Mon through Fri 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Experience in plastics injection molding manufacturing. Experience producing small molded plastic components or precision parts. Previous experience managing supervisors, leads, and production teams. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and manufacturing processes. Ability to work effectively in a hands-on production environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
