Profile are sent directly to the unit for consideration
need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked

Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name

Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.


CT float to X-ray
****AGENCY WILL SUPPLY THE CANDIDATE A RAD BADGE****
Certs: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT) and must hold a California Rad Tech license, Fluoro required
Start time/end time: 10s 0700-0730 start + required call
Call requirement: Discuss in interview; Call may be required 3-4 days a months 30 minute response time
Multi-modality or just CT? Preferably multi but if only CT we will consider
Equipment used on the unit: Client 128, CT Siemens 64, Xray equipment: Client and Siemens DR rooms, OEC C-arms. Carestream Portables.
Prefers above experience, but will provide training if necessary

**Parking is very limited and travelers must park off site at the Scottish Rite Center (1.6 miles) and use the shuttle to get to and from work (AM has the shuttle schedule). Clinician will need to get a hangtag from the security office to park at the Scottish Rite Center - they can keep for the duration of the assignment). If they work outside of shuttle hours a LYFT account can be set up through the parking manager at MGH.
