Physical Therapist Opportunity

Location: Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community (New Oxford, PA) Company: Benchmark Therapies Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 13 weeks at 40 hours/week

About the Opportunity: Benchmark Therapies is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment at Cross Keys Village, a fast-paced and highly rated retirement community in New Oxford, PA. This short-term assignment is perfect for a PT who enjoys working with older adults, thrives in a supportive environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact while experiencing patients across skilled nursing, personal care and independent living care settings.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that improve mobility, safety, and overall quality of life
• Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners
• Document services using Net Health (training available if needed)
• Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department

What We're Looking For:

• PA Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in senior care
• A flexible, compassionate, and professional approach to care
• Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date
• CPR certification through The American Heart Association or The Red Cross
• Covid vaccination records or exemption
• Background check and fingerprinting
• Resume Physical performed by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner
