We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy giving their best care to residents.Starting wage: $21.17-$24.36, based on experienceThe duties of the trained medication aide include, but are not limited to:Administer medications and treatments according to the facility's medication policyFollow safety protocolsReport errors in the administration of medicationsRecord and restock medication inventories, and process discontinued medication as directed by DONAssist CNA with caring for residents when neededComplete necessary forms, charts, reports, etc. in a descriptive manner, and submit them as necessaryQualifications and skills:MN CNA and TMA certification in good standingTMA experience in a nursing home settingCurrent CPR certification requiredMinimum 1 year of experience as a nursing assistantMust have clear verbal and written English skillsMust work every other weekendMust pass a criminal backgroundBenefits we offer:Competitive rate of payAffordable health and dental insuranceFree life insurancePaid time off and extra pay for holiday$3,500 sign on bonus (full time)/ $1,750 (part time)Tuition reimbursementCareer growth opportunitiesEducational in-services and seminarsWe are looking forward to hearing from you!"We believe the work that we do is a privilege.
