Requirements

• They are moving from a Linux environment to a Windows environment
• MUST have excellent communication, no gaps at all. Will be dealing with technical and business leaders at very high levels
• Must be coming from a large enterprise environment similar to the client
• Experience dealing with multiple technical teams (Windows Engineering + Software development teams)
• Must have an Agile background – Planning, executing, release/deployment
• Must have experience in Jira/Epics, Confluence
• Should have a project manager mindset/experience – Stand ups, roadmap planning, feature planning, time and cost analysis
• The ideal candidate is someone with an engineering background who turned to Product Management

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in "at desk" endpoint technologies, including both hardware and software. • Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholder/supplier teams to bring the product to fruition. • Engage with various customer and business stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback, shaping product requirements accordingly. • Oversee the daily operations of development and product teams to ensure alignment with the delivery roadmap. • Manage risk by developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies to minimize technical debt and ensure audit readiness. • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations to effectively communicate insights, findings.
