Janitorial Lead - Union

Summary Lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure safety and that the customer’s quality expectations are met or exceeded. Participate in daily cleaning tasks as needed. Working Schedule Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm Responsibilities Lead and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building. Handle regular tasks and immediate tasks requested by the client. Utilize a company phone and iPad to inspect cleaned areas, create reports, inventory, etc. Requirements Must be a US Citizen Experience with cleaning commercial buildings is a plus, but not required Ability to work with other crew members Must be able to listen to customer requests Must be willing to work in an electronic manufacturing facility Must be willing to work overtime as needed Must be willing to work in a Cleanroom environment when needed Must be willing to work around dangerous chemicals using training to safely navigate Equal Opportunity Employer GDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a diverse environment.
