Lead Facilities Engineer - Commercial Real Estate

Hobbs Brook Real Estate seeks a Lead Facilities Engineer to oversee building systems across office, lab, and mixed-use properties. You will manage daily operations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, optimize HVAC, electrical, and plumbing performance, and lead vendor and contractor work. Partner with property management and tenants to ensure comfort, reliability, and safety while supporting sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives. This role mentors junior staff, leads capital and upgrade projects, troubleshoots complex issues, and ensures compliance with codes, standards, and best practices in a collaborative, professional environment.
