OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Florence, AL by Benefit Trucking

Requirements

1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
Hazmat endorsement
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
+$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Vacancy description

Benefit Trucking invites qualified OTR Dry Van drivers with HazMat endorsement in Florence, AL. You'll execute regional and national shipments, emphasizing safety, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate company tractor-trailers
Comply with DOT and HazMat regulations
Maintain trip logs and delivery documentation

Compensation & Benefits:

$0.65–$0.77 per mile plus hazmat pay
$2,500 sign-on bonus, bonus incentives
