Speech and Language Pathologist in Cascade, CO

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• Active state SLP licensure required
• Experience in school-based SLP settings, preferably with K-8 students
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress tracking, and collaborative special education teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of 40-60 students effectively

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders in K-8th grades
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide progress updates
• Collaborate closely with staff, families, and a fellow on-site SLP to ensure cohesive support
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation that adhere to district and state requirements
