PACCAR is seeking a highly organized Business Readiness Coordinator to support a major business system launch. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administrative support, project coordination, training documentation, communications, or business operations who enjoys keeping projects organized and helping end users succeed.

In this position, you will assist with creating training materials, coordinating meetings and training sessions, maintaining project documentation, compiling reports, and supporting communication efforts across multiple stakeholder groups. You will play an important role in ensuring teams are prepared and supported throughout the launch process.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials, user guides, presentations, and job aids
• Maintain project documentation and process workflows
• Assist with stakeholder communications and program updates
• Compile and track reports, metrics, and project data
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and readiness activities
• Take meeting notes and track action items through completion
• Support launch preparation and post-launch activities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support project goals
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in administrative support, project coordination, training, communications, business operations, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience creating presentations, documentation, or training materials
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting software implementations or system rollouts
• Experience creating training videos or digital learning content
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools
• Power BI or reporting dashboard experience
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional project environments
  

Schedule & Location

• Full-time contract opportunity
• Monday through Friday
• 100% onsite in Lewisville, Texas
