Responsibilities Independently manage mass tort cases from intake through resolution. Draft and argue dispositive motions and complex briefings. Lead written discovery and conduct depositions. Participate in trial preparation and support. Evaluate liability, causation, and damages issues. Develop litigation strategies with partners and trial counsel. Advise clients on case status and settlement considerations. Mentor junior associates and supervise discovery workflows. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school. Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 6‑10+ years of litigation experience in mass tort or complex civil litigation. Experience with MDLs, expert discovery, and high‑volume case management. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
