Work Environment\nThe position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work hours while ensuring that the licensed social worker can provide consistent and supportive care to clients through telephone and virtual sessions. Our Detox Center setting is dedicated to addressing immediate mental health and substance abuse needs, permitting for acute interventions and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients through interviews and consultations, identifying their unique strengths, needs, and areas of concern. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's individual circumstances, focusing on measurable goals to facilitate progress. \n
- Implement and coordinate interventions and support packages designed to help clients navigate their challenges effectively and overcome dependencies. \n
- Provide crisis intervention through empathic listening, de-escalation techniques, and immediate therapeutic support. \n
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes while adhering to confidentiality regulations. \n
- Engage closely with multidisciplinary teams, participating in case conferences and contributing insights to enhance collaborative care. \n
- Offer professional recommendations and referrals to various community resources, facilitating additional support networks for clients. \n
- Provide evidence and insights in court settings when required, advocating for the best interests of clients through detailed reporting. \n
This role centers on working with a diverse patient population, including children and families facing emotional distress, individuals struggling with addiction, and survivors of violence or abuse. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory. \n
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required for practice. \n
