Job Description

Job Overview - Therapist (MSW):
Join our client in Philadelphia, PA, as a Therapist (MSW), providing therapeutic services in a partial hospital setting. This temporary role includes assessing needs, creating treatment plans, and conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Compensation: $26/hour
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Therapist (MSW):

Assessment Planning: Assess client behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team.
Case Management: Maintain a caseload, including documentation, treatment planning, and case management tasks in the Avatar (EHR) system.
Therapy & Counseling: Conduct individual, group, and family therapy, as well as facilitate psycho-educational and support groups.
Collaboration: Consult with teachers, families, and the treatment team to develop and monitor behavioral plans and treatment progress.
Crisis Intervention: Provide emergency clinical/crisis services as necessary.

Qualifications for the Therapist (MSW):

Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, criminal justice, counseling, or a related human service field.
Experience: 2 years of experience working with children.
Clearances: Must have Child Abuse, FBI, and PA State clearances.
Licensure: Must show evidence of licensure where applicable.
