Sr Accountant

Role Summary The Senior Accountant is a key member of the Controllership team and is responsible for supporting the Company’s month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and contributes to audit readiness, SOX compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations Perform detailed quarterly and annual P&L and balance sheet reviews, including flux and root‑cause analysis Evaluate and determine appropriate accounting treatment for new transactions and vendor arrangements Support internal and external audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with auditors Participate in and support SOX compliance activities, including execution of key controls, documentation, and remediation efforts as needed Collaborate with offshore accounting teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting activities Assist in strengthening accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation as the Company scales Provide support to cross‑functional finance teams as needed to meet reporting and operational requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast‑paced public company environment and/or public accounting Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial close processes Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Advanced proficiency in Excel Experience with Workday ERP is a plus, but not required Compensation Range: $69,852-$97,094 Visa Sponsorship is not offered for this position.
