As a new Service Electrician at Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, your day-to-day expectations will include diagnosing electrical issues in residential homes, ensuring safe installations, and providing top-notch repairs. You’ll be the superhero of the household, solving problems and delighting homeowners with your skills. Each day, you’ll manage your schedule effectively, typically working Monday through Friday, so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends. You’ll assess job sites, communicate with customers about their electrical needs, and keep track of service orders to ensure efficiency.

At least three years as an Electrical Service Technician means you bring expertise in residential electrical systems and a treasure trove of knowledge to every job. Relevant electrician experience, ensuring you’re well-prepared to tackle any task with confidence. Proficiency with ServiceTitan will keep you organized and efficient as you manage your service calls.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential since you'll be on the go, serving our wonderful customers in Marietta and surrounding towns. Strong customer service and communication skills will help you build rapport and trust with homeowners. Your knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving will shine as you tackle electrical challenges head-on. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• At least 2 years’ experience as an Electrical Service Technician
• Residential electrical systems expertise
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan a plus!
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
• Hardworking and motivated
