Seeking Motivated, Passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist

Role Description The Pediatric Physical Therapist will provide direct, hands-on physical therapy services to infants, children, and adolescents in an on-site clinical setting in Baltimore, MD. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing pediatric-focused therapeutic interventions, and documenting progress in a clear, timely manner. The therapist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare and educational professionals to support functional mobility, motor development, and participation in daily activities. This is a part-time, on-site role that may include flexible scheduling to accommodate family needs, patient follow-up, and team meetings.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, with the ability to assess movement, functional mobility, and motor skills.
- Demonstrated expertise or focused training in Pediatric Physical Therapy and Pediatrics to address age-specific developmental needs.
- Knowledge of Rehabilitation principles and practices, including goal setting, treatment progression, and outcome measurement.
- Understanding of Medicine and interdisciplinary care, with the ability to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Maryland.
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical or school-based setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to family-centered care.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain professional ethical standards.
