Strategic Risk Leader - Enterprise Risk & Governance (Hybrid) (Town of Poland)

Talanto in Warsaw/Copenhagen is seeking Head of Risk Management (Interim Maternity Cover) to lead global risk management, internal controls, and insurance frameworks with a focus on strategic risk leadership and governance. The role requires hybrid work with minimum 2 days per week in the Warsaw or Copenhagen offices.

You will design enterprise-wide risk models, guide crisis management, and foster a risk-aware culture across the organization, reporting to senior leadership and governance bodies.
