Certified Dental Assistant Position

Looking for a Certified Dental Assistant who is multi-skilled that will support a dentist in providing direct patient care, assist in clinical procedures, and managing office operations. Daily responsibilities will include clinical assistance, sterilization, and administration.

Clinical Duties

1. Provide chairside assistance.

2. Patient preparation

3. Imaging & Diagnostics

4. Laboratory work

5. Patient Education

Sterilization & Safety

1.Infection Control

2. Instrument Sterilization

Administrative & Office Tasks

1. Records Management

2. Scheduling & Billing

3. Supply Management

4. Performs other related duties as required and or requested

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.

Completion of course certifying competence as a dental assistant preferred but not required.

Experience with DENTRIX and DEXIS preferred but not required

Company Description

Small solo practitioner conveniently located in the Otranto area of North Charleston.
Salary commensurate with experience and is negotiable.
