A typical day for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with Brio includes:

• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our 36-bed Health Center.
• Evaluating the quality of resident care, monitoring compliance with current laws, process improvements, and assisting in implementing best practices.
• Orienting, training, and supervising team members.
• Assisting in resident evaluations and serving as a liaison for team member shift transitions.
• Participating in surveys and inspections by various government agencies and more!

Current opening: Full-time Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with flexible hours, rotating on-call schedule throughout the month, including every third weekend.

Compensation: The starting pay for this role will be based on years of experience.
