Parts Counter Associate

Gabrielli Truck Sales is currently seeking to fill a position in our Parts Department as a Parts Counter Associate.

Work Location: in person Bristol, PA

Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with rotating Saturday (7am to 1pm) schedule

Expected Salary Range: $42K to $55K

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with phone and in-person parts inquiries and orders
• Working with our Service Department on shop parts needs
• Monitoring email requests
• Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally
• Re-stocking the showroom when necessary
• Arranging deliveries for phone orders with Shipping and Receiving

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service focused
• Must be able to clearly communicate via telephone
• Must be able to use web-based applications to find replacement parts
• Must be willing to learn and retain information
• Ability to follow directions
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude
• Will need to have the ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, MVR & drug screen
