Position Overview Our ideal candidate has a dynamic personality, strong passion for wellness, and a desire to conduct consultations and create custom packages for guests. The Wellness Specialist provides guest service, marketing through social media, and community event attendance. The Recovery Specialist focuses on product and service education, teamwork, and safety protocol maintenance. The Health and Wellness Specialist is action‑oriented, customer‑service driven, ambitious, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed, and goal‑oriented. This role, in collaboration with the Center Manager, identifies and solves problems, sets goals, and completes daily tasks with minimal supervision. Qualifications Flexible schedule: 20‑40 hours per week, including nights and weekends Passi​​ble iCRYO‑designed service exams after initial training Build rapport with guests, conduct health intake, and recommend appropriate services Strong time‑management, judgment, and multitasking skills Educate guests in a competent, efficient, and professional manner Meet or exceed company sales and productivity goals Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Communicate efficiently with managers and peers to uphold trust Complete ongoing continuing education Maintain a clean environment and uphold company standards Understand sales goals and operational processes Book, reschedule, and cancel reservations using the POS system Strong understanding of the social media space and content creation 2‑3 years of retail sales experience and 1 year experience as an Esthetician Primary Responsibilities Provide professional wellness services (Cryo, Red Light, IR Sauna, PEMF, IV Infusions, BodySculpting, Compression) to guests Build B2B relationships, prospect customers with the team, and care for guests in the center Welcome visitors, answer phones, and assist front‑desk administrative tasks Organize and manage marketing efforts, including events and tabling Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully through excellent customer service Generate leads via phone, text, email, and local event outreach Provide accurate information on service features, pricing, and after‑sales services Answer customer questions about specific services and respond to guest inquiries Assist with daily social media posting Competitive Pay & Benefits Competitive Pay with Unlimited Monthly Commission $15 – $18/hr to start, plus unlimited commissions #J-18808-Ljbffr iCRYO
