Industrial Sales Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting the Southern Tier remotely, the full-time Sr. Coordinator, Industrial Sales will manage digital customer records, provide administrative support for the Technical Service Center and Industrial Sales Team, and lead process change initiatives. Key responsibilities Conduct routine data maintenance and quality assurance reviews of sales systems Prepare customized bills, volume and revenue reports, and coordinate waste profile renewals Train and mentor new Industrial Sales Coordinators while identifying and implementing process improvements Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED (accredited) 3 years of relevant work experience in a related field Experience with data entry and management of customer records Ability to provide customer support via phone and email Familiarity with billing inquiries and special billing processes
