Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

• Manufacturing experience required
• Must be able to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience with quality control processes preferred
• Mechanical manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with measuring equipment, autoclaves, or sandblasting is a plus

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery
• Perform production operations according to drawings, prints, and documented procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Use hand tools and equipment such as utility knives, sandblasters, and speed lathes
• Complete daily production logs and documentation
• Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
• Maintain compliance with quality systems and procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Model safe work practices at all times

• Stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
• Frequently bend, squat, walk, reach, and handle materials
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring strong manual dexterity
• Available to work overtime as needed
