Basic Qualifications• Authority in Natural Space Radiation environments and design hardness, and ability to perform tasks pertinent to Survivability discipline• Electrical engineering simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, PSPICE, etc.)• Software tools for performing electrical engineering and mathematical analyses (e.g., MATLAB, etc.)• Test laboratory environments and associated test disciplines and test equipment (e.g., data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and/or signal generators)• Understanding of electronics and /or semiconductor physics and operation• Must be a US Citizen; must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret clearanceDesired Skills• 12+ years' combined expertise in Natural Space Radiation and Man-Made environments and Engineering• Specialist in Radiation software tools (e.g., MCNP, NOVICE, Srim/Trim, Novice/Geant4, Creme96, Creme-mc, Shieldose, Spenvis, Omere, Ap8/Ap8, and Ap9/Ae9)• Significant experience working in Radiation test facilities [e.g., test labs in universities such as University of California at Davis, Texas A&M, Indiana University Cyclotron Facility (IUCF), Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL)]]• Electronic, electrical, electromechanical and electrooptical (EEEE) components• Significant experience with Piece-part radiation testing, performance, and reliability• Work and collaborate with peers and senior specialists from within and outside the engineering group• Lead anomaly resolution teams• Organized and able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment• Recognized as an authority in systems thinking techniques with the demonstrated ability to apply them to a wide range of sophisticated problems and train others in their application• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals• Advanced degree in a related subject area• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
