At DXC Technology, we help global organizations modernize their IT, optimize data architectures, and drive business transformation. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of complex customer engagements within the Financial Services sector.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing our professional services strategy, driving delivery excellence, and building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. You will lead high-performing teams, champion innovation, and ensure our customers realize value from their investments while supporting DXC's continued growth.

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the overall delivery and professional services strategy in alignment with company objectives, with experience in working with Financial Services clients
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of delivery managers, consultants, and implementation specialists.
• Establish scalable delivery methodologies, playbooks, and KPIs.

Service Delivery Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop best practices for onboarding, configuration, integration, and go-live processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, customer experience, and time-to-value.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts during deployment.
• Build trusted relationships with customers to influence retention and long-term adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for smooth cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead governance reviews, executive escalations, and customer success initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand DXC's footprint through proactive client engagement and innovation

Operational Excellence

• Implement delivery performance metrics (utilization, CSAT, time-to-value, profitability) and report to leadership.
• Introduce automation, tooling, and process standardization to improve efficiency.
• Scale delivery capacity using internal teams, partners, or nearshore/offshore models where appropriate.
• Establish scalable delivery methodologies, playbooks, and KPIs.

Innovation & Transformation

• Champion AI, automation, and modernization initiatives to improve delivery effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Foster innovation that accelerates time-to-value, improves quality, and creates competitive differentiation.
• Lead strategic initiatives that position delivery teams as drivers of business growth rather than execution-only functions.
