Company Description JCW Services LLC is looking for reliable Delivery Driver Helpers to assist our drivers with delivering packages to customers. This is a full-time OR part-time Helper position with JCW Services LLC (the “Company”) delivering packages for a national technology company! We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company Be Part of Our Dedicated Team – Apply Today Job Description Benefits & Scheduling: $18.00/hr (paid weekly) 9:25 AM–7:30 PM (10-hour shifts are typical) 2–4-day workweek A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Note: Employees who work on average less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance) Paid time off begins accruing immediately at the start of employment Delivery Driver Helper Responsibilities: Assist drivers with loading and unloading packages Work 2-4 days per week with shifts up to 10 hours Deliver products up to 50 lbs. to customers in a safe and professional manner Work collaboratively with drivers and other team members Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper frequently; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use a smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must hold an unrestricted driver’s license Ability to work as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a background check Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
