Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel while ensuring safety and compliance with project plans.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitor project schedules and help keep work on track.
• Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct site walks and address construction issues as they arise.
• Communicate project updates with project managers, clients, and field teams.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with project plans and specifications.

Essential Skills:

• Experience supervising construction projects in the field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 10 Certification (required).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site.

Work Environment:

The work environment is primarily on-site for five days a week, involving active coordination and supervision of construction activities. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a professional standard in construction management.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Hooksett, NH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
