The Opportunity

This is not a typical assistant job. You'll work directly alongside Leadership team and experienced reps, learning the roofing business from the ground up — how we sell, how we estimate, how we run jobs, and how we take care of customers. You'll start by supporting sales and operations with hands-on tasks, and as you prove yourself, you'll take on more responsibility.

For the right person, this role is designed to grow into a full Account Representative position within 12 months, with commission earning potential.

What You'll Do

•     Shadow reps and company leadership on sales calls, site visits, and customer meetings

•     Assist with job site documentation — photos, measurements, and inspection notes

•     Help prepare estimates, proposals, and follow-up communication for customers

•     Coordinate with our office and production teams to keep jobs moving

•     Run materials, samples, and paperwork between the office, suppliers, and job sites

•     Learn our CRM and help keep customer records and job files up to date

•     Take on increasing sales responsibility as you develop — leads, follow-ups, and eventually your own accounts

•     Comfortable talking to people — homeowners, builders, crews, and suppliers

•     Organized and detail-oriented; you can juggle multiple small tasks without dropping any

•     Willing to get on roofs, work outdoors in Texas weather, and get your hands dirty

•     Valid driver's license and clean driving record

•     Construction, roofing, or trades experience is a plus — but attitude matters more than experience.
