Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
• Ability to work a set schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume or acute care Medical Surgical environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
