Maintenance Lead

If you’re looking for a collaborative environment, competitive benefits, and a clear path to grow your supervisory skills, we want to hear from you. salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Thursday Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 ($34 - $36hr) Key Responsibilities & Job Duties Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and direct a team of two maintenance technicians across first and second shifts, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and continuous development. Hands-on Maintenance & Repairs: Perform advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and machinery. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Manage, execute, and continuously improve the facility’s preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime. Inventory & Parts Management: Oversee spare parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and directly handle ordering and sourcing to ensure critical components are readily available. Shift Coordination: Organize daily work orders, coordinate handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts, and serve as the main point of contact for operational maintenance needs.
