Business Operations Lead

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Business Operations Lead will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, maintain the annual Operations roadmap, and translate data insights into actionable strategies while collaborating closely with operational leaders in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Maintain and operationalize the annual Operations roadmap, ensuring initiatives are current and actionable Manage complex initiatives by tracking progress, dependencies, and risks, providing recommendations to leadership Translate insights from data into clear operational narratives and guide prioritization and execution of initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Ops Strategy Enablement or related fields Experience supporting Contact Center Operations or Enterprise Operations functions preferred Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities while aligning with long-term strategic goals Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI for producing executive-ready materials
