Quality Assurance Representative - 1st Shift thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative for the 1st shift to ensure compliance with our Quality Management System. This role oversees material disposition, recordskeeping, training, and process auditing. Responsibilities Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices. Corrective and preventive actions and follow‑ups. Oversight of quality records held in Plant and process auditing for compliance. Implement statistical control of equipment and processes. Ensure accurate information and timely processing of non‑conforming material. Act as trainer on quality system documents for plant personnel. Maintain records for gages, nonconforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc. Minimum Requirements Good written and verbal skills; detail oriented to Quality Management System requirements. Rudimentary computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment with short task completion expectations. Ability to work with a diversified workforce and effectively interact with Plant Operations Supervisors and Managers. Optional quality system training preferred. Preferred Requirements ASQ certification. 3+ years Quality Assurance/Control experience. Experience or training in ISO9001:2015 or AS9100 quality standards.
