RN - Dialysis

Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis & Peritoneal Dialysis

This is a 13-week contract position.

Three 12-hour shifts per week, from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM, including every other Saturday.

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive inpatient care for patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The role involves managing a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio for acute hemodialysis treatments and a 1:1 ratio for acute ICU dialysis treatments, ensuring optimal patient care in collaboration with ICU staff.

• Administer and monitor hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions throughout the treatment process.
• Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options and health management.

• Active State RN License.
• Completion of Centralus Skills Checklist and Core Competency Exam for onboarding.
• Current certifications: MMR, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Varicella, TB Test, and Fit Test.
• Driver's License or State ID.
• Background check and drug screening clearance.
