TransFund Senior Relationship Manager

The Senior Relationship Manager, TransFund is primarily responsible for directing and providing service to TransFund's most significant and technically complex clients, including ongoing support, consultation, cross-selling new products, and contract renewal. Also produces network improvements through product development, system enhancements, training materials and customer documentation, and provides training for lesser-experienced Relationship Managers.

How You'll Spend Your Time You'll have the autonomy to define your own call/work plan for the year. You'll travel about 50% of the time. You'll act as the senior escalation contact for client service issues. You'll participate in the development of new products and network enhancements to provide additional revenue opportunities.

Education & Experience Requirements The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 7+ years' experience in the EFT industry with 5+ years' experience in sales and relationship management involving financial institutions, data processors, ATMs and a card base commercial lending environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of the EFT Industry, especially related to processing Extensive knowledge of relationship management methodology Advanced knowledge of Bank products, operations/product delivery system, banking applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent PC and software package skills and on-line system experience Excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills in order to lead, motivate, and promote team building Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Office - Occasional Travel
