Box Office Supervisor

Supervise all box office operations including ticket sales, will-call, guest inquiries, and day-of-show operations.

Schedule and supervise box office staff.

Monitor ticket sales, track inventory, and ensure that all transactions are processed correctly and securely.

Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, transactions, and revenue, preparing reports as required.

Ensure the box office is well-organized and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least one year of box office supervisory experience required.

Ticketmaster experience required.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
