Bartender

Location: 20405 South Dixie Highway, Miami, FL, 33189 Job Description As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages so that you and the servers can deliver the best drinks possible. You need to be friendly to both staff and customers, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it. Responsibilities Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to deliver high‑quality drinks. Provide friendly and efficient service to staff and customers. Prepare drinks in accordance with company standards. Create an engaging and welcoming bar atmosphere. Qualifications Must be 21 years old or older (per state law). Effective communication skills. Clear career path. Physical Standards The health, safety and well‑being of our employees is our top priority. Must remain stationary and maneuver for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses and baskets between dining room, service bar and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift. Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Wear protective hand coverings and face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
