·         Monday – Friday, with OT opportunity

·         Third Shift, 11:30pm – 7:30am ‘

Duties:

·         Operated heat-set web presses and related printing equipment safely and efficiently.

·         Set up, adjusted, and monitored press equipment to maintain production standards and print quality.

·         Performed routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.

·         Inspected finished products throughout production runs to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.

·         Followed job specifications, production schedules, and work orders to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

·         Identified and resolved production issues in collaboration with team members and maintenance personnel.

·         Maintained a clean, organized, and safe pressroom in accordance with company policies and OSHA safety standards.

·         Followed established safety procedures when operating machinery, handling materials, and performing pressroom tasks.

Requirements:

·         Willingness to learn and grow within the printing industry.

·         Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

·         Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent print quality.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
