Front Desk Lead Receptionist

:

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist Supervisor with at least two years of experience to work in a Medical Office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome patients and visitors into the clinic
• Check in patients
• Accurately enter patient information into database
• Answer phone and schedule appointments
• Verify all insurance and input into chart
• Manage schedule for department
• Train staff on new policies as needed

Communicate well with all departments

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Must be Bilingual; Spanish required
• eClinicalWorks experience preferred
• Some Medical experience required
• Great communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and compassionate attitude
• HS Diploma required
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be flexible to work 7 days per week evening and weekend

Candidates will have:

· Drug test

· Typing test

· Verifiable experience check

· Background check

· Computer knowledge test

· Commitment on schedule

· English/Spanish Test

· Work Authorization

· FT Available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
