Brand: Bruegger's Bagels Bruegger’s has been kettle‑cooking bagels and serving classic flavors for over 35 years. Our stores close at 2 pm to support work‑life balance. Shift Leader Responsibilities In partnership with the General Manager, you will motivate the team, set morale and tone, coach staff, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and ensure the quality of food and beverages. You will maintain a safe, clean environment and help the team deliver a great guest experience. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Pay ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position.
