Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in the Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel assignment in vibrant Asheville, NC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, high-volume Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Manage patient care in a high-volume emergency department
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff
• Adhere to AIDET communication standards and ensure patient boards are updated
• Engage in respectful and patient-centered interactions

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• 2 years of experience as an RN, with at least 1 year in an ER setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) before starting date
• Basic Life Support (BLS) before starting date
• Certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) before starting date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) before starting date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) before starting date
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) before starting date
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 90 days of hire
