In this role, you will be the face of our property management company, dedicated to providing prospective and current tenants with an outstanding living experience. Responsibilities Engage with prospective tenants to identify their needs and present suitable rental options. Conduct property tours and highlight features and benefits to prospective tenants. Manage leasing applications, perform credit checks, and coordinate approvals in compliance with company policies. Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Maintain relationships with current tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless transition for our tenants. Assist in marketing efforts by collaborating on advertising strategies to attract potential tenants. Stay informed about the local rental market trends to provide insightful recommendations. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate prospective tenants’ schedules. A valid real estate license may be required depending on state regulations.
