Leave of Absence & Benefits Specialist

Oak View Group is seeking a Benefits Coordinator for Leave of Absence & Accommodations in a fast‑paced environment. You will monitor LOA compliance, determine FMLA eligibility, and liaise between employees, vendor, and location management to coordinate leave and accommodations. The role includes processing leaves for non‑union part‑time staff, reconciling benefit deductions, and coordinating with payroll. Proficiency in ADP and HRIS is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
