Position Details

• Position: RN Nurse Supervisor

• Location: Rochester, NY

• Job Type: Permanent

• Shift: Nights/Evenings

• Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday

  • Potential flexibility for every other weekend with one weekday off

• Annual Salary: $90,000–$95,000

Requirements

• Active NY RN License

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work evenings/nights and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
