Other duties may be assigned./pulliDrive profitable growth through developing and maintaining contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction./liliGenerate and support quotations compliant with technical and commercial accuracies for products and services./liliDevelop and maintain customer relationships working in concert with the Outside Sales /Technical Account Lead./liliWork with customers to resolve complaints and answer all technical and non-technical and commercial concerns./liliStay current on all new and existing products, specifications, bulletins and catalogs / literature of our manufacturers and monitor the status of others operating in the marketplace./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli3 years of experience in the industrial / mining / energy industry and water/wastewater with respect to equipment and system operations related to pumps, valves, motors, flow path equipment and electrical controls./liliAble to present technical merits of a product or engineered solution from maintenance technicians through senior level management./liliStrong familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including skills to navigate web-based literature and programs./liliStrong consideration for with ERP Sage operating system./liliCandidate must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and work across the organization.
