Florida Licensed Associate General Counsel

Providing strategic legal guidance, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Associate General Counsel will advise on healthcare regulatory matters, corporate transactions, compliance initiatives, and risk management strategies while collaborating with organizational leaders. Key responsibilities Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulatory, compliance, operational, and corporate matters Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts and business transactions Advise leadership on legal risks and develop practical, business-focused solutions Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Florida Bar membership preferred, or eligibility to obtain Florida Authorized House Counsel status Significant experience practicing healthcare law, preferably within a highly regulated healthcare environment Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory, compliance, contracting, and corporate legal matters Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel 4-6 times annually as needed Virtual Vocations Inc
