Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity working with K–12 students in a vibrant school environment! We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to enrich student and staff experiences through comprehensive psychological services. This full-time role offers the chance to collaborate across two supportive schools, splitting your time between locations, and making a real impact on students’ academic and emotional well-being.
Preferred candidates will work in person, forging strong connections and delivering hands-on support. Your expertise will be key in building positive, inclusive learning spaces for students from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
- Previous experience working with K–12 students (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between schools as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborate in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling, behavioral intervention, and crisis support as necessary
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families regarding student performance and strategies for academic/social success
- Advocate for the mental health and well-being of all students
- Maintain clear records and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
